Falling into a peaceful, deep meditative state of being, is made much easier if we have a point of focus.
 
But we’re not talking about the kind of meditation where you’re seated, eyes closed down and go inwards with silence.
 

Through rhythm, music and mindfulness, we’ll explore a different and accessible form of meditation in this amazing weekend program.

 
And all whilst being immersed in the beautiful and serene natural landscape of Kanimbla NSW. (Less than 2-hours drive from Sydney and just beyond Mt Victoria, Blue Mountains).

Day 2

8:00 am – Movement and Gentle Yoga

9:00am – Breakfast

10am – 11:15am – Meditation

11:15am – 1:15pm – Free time

1:15pm – Lunch

3:00pm – Free time

5:30pm  – Meditation

6:45pm – Dinner

8:00pm – Meditation and story telling

 

Final morning

8:00am  – Closing Meditation

Pack layers and wet weather gear just in case. The location has shared amenities. All camp sites are NOT electric so pack lamps and torches. This is strictly a non-smoking, no alcohol event!

Deceivingly simple, this process is less about rhythm and more about life. In a safe space, we experience and dive into what it’s like to experience falling out of the rhythm of life – as we all sometimes do. Here, the rhythm is just a tool to experience how the mind and our old habitual patterns can get in the way of ourselves.

This retreat is led by Athil Singh, a down-to-earth and relatable facilitator (and founder of Happy Buddha Retreats). Athil helps people unleash their creative abilities and connect with themselves in an authentic way. He achieves this through a playful approach, as he feels meditation is easiest when you’re having fun!

This retreat is an authentic experience of self-discovery, fun and renewal. We’ll start on Friday afternoon at 4:30pm and finish up on Sunday at 10am ~ giving you a weekend of inspiration, meditation insights and ready to live with purpose, passion and intention.

We’re camping on a property at Kanimbla NSW. Your $199 program includes all activites, camp fee and vegetarian food for the weekend.
